How we handle your information
This page explains what StopLoss Labs collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

What we collect
- The enquiry form: your name, email or phone number, your broker, the kind of work you need, and your description. Nothing else is collected through the site.
- Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp, and whatever you choose to include in them.
We don't ask for, and you should never send us, your broker password, PIN, API secret or login codes. A project never needs them.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, ask questions about it, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, deliver the project. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Where it is kept
- Form enquiries are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and a copy is emailed to our Gmail inbox.
- Emails to hello@stoplosslabs.com are forwarded by Porkbun, our domain provider, to that inbox.
- WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms.
These providers may store data outside India.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your browser's IP address when the page loads. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond, follow up and, if you become a client, to run the project and keep business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent to our using it. Email hello@stoplosslabs.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top will change with it.
